Hurry Back Productions is adopting a policy regarding COVID-19 that is in line with local, regional, and national organizations and venues. Our policy recognizes that our events take place in a theater that belongs to a school and is intended to be respectful of their efforts relative to COVID-19. In addition, we saw the effect of COVID-19 on the live music and entertainment industry in 2020, and we want to do what we can to keep venues open and events happening. Finally, and most importantly, the health and safety of our guests and the artists is something that we take seriously.
Effective immediately, all Hurry Back Productions concerts and events will require either proof of a full course of COVID-19 vaccination, or proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken in the prior 72 hours.
Patrons must have a completed COVID-19 vaccination card, with their final dose at least fourteen days prior to the event, or a negative COVID-19 test result from 72 hours or less prior to the event.
This is our standard policy; however, it is subject to change. We will continue to be transparent and proactive with updates. This will be done through email, here on our website, and with our ticketing partner (Eventbrite). We may update policies on a show-by-show basis per artist or band request.
What forms of proof are accepted at Hurry Back Productions events?
Proof of vaccination may include a physical card or a photo of a complete vaccination card that matches the patron ID. Proof of a negative test may be a printed or digital test result that matches the patron ID.
What if you are not vaccinated?
Children under 12, who cannot be vaccinated, can show a negative test to attend. People with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination can attend with proof of a recent negative coronavirus test.
If you are not vaccinated, we encourage you to wear a mask even if you’ve received a negative COVID test in the last 72 hours.
